These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TheGamingOfWorld website (gamingofworld.com) and all related global fantasy football services operated by Cosmo Fame Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any feature of TheGamingOfWorld, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cosmo Fame Limited, registered at 2/F WEST WING, 821 LAI CHI KOK RD, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong.

2. Description of Services

TheGamingOfWorld provides global fantasy football games and related content covering players from Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, and other major competitions. Our services include season-long fantasy leagues (Global Classic), daily fantasy contests, player comparison tools, tactical playbooks, squad builder, match simulation, transfer intelligence, news articles, and community league features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@thegamingofworld.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use TheGamingOfWorld only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems; engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour in league chat or communications; manipulate scoring or exploit platform vulnerabilities; create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage; or use the platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TheGamingOfWorld, including text, graphics, logos, software, scoring algorithms, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Cosmo Fame Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. Player names, club names, and league references are used for informational and entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium plans (Pro Manager and Elite Club) require payment of applicable fees as displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Free Starter Analyst plan users are subject to these Terms without payment obligations.

7. Fantasy Game Rules

Participation in fantasy games is subject to the scoring rules, transfer limits, and deadlines published on our How It Works page. We strive to ensure accurate point calculation based on official match data from covered leagues, but scoring adjustments may occur if official data is corrected after initial publication. Our decision on scoring disputes is final. Prize eligibility for sponsored tournaments may have additional terms communicated at the time of entry.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TheGamingOfWorld is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements. Fantasy football involves no real-money gambling on our platform unless explicitly stated in a separate promotion with its own terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmo Fame Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. You may delete your account by contacting support@thegamingofworld.xyz. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TheGamingOfWorld shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including Spain) provide otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification where practicable. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
